1. Introduction

1.1 These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website HinduWeddingMandapDecoration.com (“Site”) and any related services, including mandap hire, decoration, consultations, or delivery services (collectively “Services”).
1.2 By accessing or using the Site or engaging our Services, you accept these Terms in full. If you disagree with any part, you may not use the Site or purchase Services.

2. Definitions

  • “Client”, “you”, or “your” refers to the person or entity using the Site or purchasing Services.

  • “We”, “us”, “our”, “HinduWeddingMandapDecoration” refers to the owner/operator of the Site and provider of Services.

  • “Booking” means a confirmed order for Services.

  • “Deposit” means any advance partial payment required to secure your booking.

  • “Venue” means the location where the Services will be performed.

3. Booking & Payment

3.1 To book Services, you must submit a booking request or order through the Site or by direct communication, specifying date, location, scope of work, and other relevant details.
3.2 We may require a deposit (e.g. 20–50%) to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due by a specified date (e.g. before setup).
3.3 All payments must be made via methods we accept (bank transfer, credit card, etc.).
3.4 If payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to postpone or cancel the booking.

4. Changes & Cancellations

4.1 Client Changes: You may request changes (scope, design, date) subject to feasibility and cost. We reserve the right to refuse changes if impractical.
4.2 Cancellation by Client: If you cancel the booking, the deposit (or a portion thereof) may be non-refundable. The cancellation policy (how much refunded or forfeited) depends on how early the cancellation is made (e.g. 30 days prior, 14 days, 7 days, etc.).
4.3 Cancellation by Us: We reserve the right to cancel a booking (e.g. due to unforeseen circumstances, safety, or force majeure). In such a case, we will refund your payments (minus any non-recoverable costs) or offer alternative dates.
4.4 If the Venue rejects us or we cannot access the Venue due to factors beyond our control, then the booking may be cancelled, and refund terms will follow the cancellation clause.

5. Site Access & Use

5.1 We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for personal purposes.
5.2 You agree not to:
 – Use the Site in a way that violates laws or regulations,
 – Interfere with its functioning,
 – Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit for commercial purposes without permission.
5.3 We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 All content on the Site (designs, images, text, logos) is owned by or licensed to HinduWeddingMandapDecoration and protected under intellectual property laws.
6.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
6.3 If you provide content (e.g. images, design ideas), you grant us a non-exclusive license to use them in relation to the Services (e.g. display in portfolio) unless otherwise agreed.

7. Performance of Services

7.1 We will perform the Services with reasonable care, skill, and professionalism.
7.2 You must provide accurate information (Venue address, access, power supply, permissions).
7.3 We are not liable for delays or failures caused by factors beyond our control (weather, permits, third-party failures).
7.4 You must ensure the Venue is ready at the agreed time and accessible.
7.5 After the event, we will dismantle and remove our equipment within the agreed timeframe unless otherwise arranged.

8. Liability & Indemnity

8.1 To the maximum permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the total amount paid for the Services.
8.2 We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (like loss of opportunity, emotional distress).
8.3 You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from any third-party claims, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services or breach of these Terms.

9. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to causes beyond their reasonable control (acts of God, war, strikes, pandemics, governmental action). In such situations, we will attempt to reschedule or agree on alternative execution or termination with refunds as appropriate.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of the Site and our processing of your personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy (link). We collect, use, store, and share your data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

11. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
